FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all credit cards through the website. We do not not accept checks or cash unless through an electronic transfer such as PayPal or Venmo. To use those methods, please contact us.
What is the security deposit for and will I get it back?
A non-refundable security deposit of $150 is collected upon reserving a room. It will be charged to help cover administrative costs.
What is your cancellation policy?
All reservations must be paid in full prior to arrival. Cancellations 61 or more days from arrival will receive a full refund less the security deposit. Cancellations within 60 days of arrival will will forfeit the total amount paid including the security deposit.
Are pets allowed?
Unfortunately, no. While we love our furry friends, in order to respect those with allergies and prevent possible damage, our home does not allow pets or smoking.
Where is the nearest grocery store?
Directly across Highway 17 from the gated entrance is a grocery store. South on Highway 17 you will find a Publix and a Fresh Market.
Are linens provided?
Yes, bath towels are provided along with bed linens. We ask that you bring your own beach towels. There is a washer and dryer in the home to keep your towels fresh during your stay.
Are beach chairs provided?
Yes, we are pleased to offer at least two chairs. There is a locked outdoor storage closet for your use. Any items in the storage closet are available for your use.
Do you offer monthly rentals?
Pawley’s Island is a beautiful place to book an extended stay (1-5 months). Please contact us directly for more information.
How many people does this condo sleep?
Eight. The master bedroom is a king bed, the second bedroom has a queen, the third bedroom has two twins and the sofa pulls out into a queen bed.
How do I access my parking pass?
Upon arrival you may pull into the main gate at Litchfield by the Sea and there will be a gate pass waiting for you.
